Delivery

if you live in Northwich or surrounding areas (I.e Winsford / Middlewich / Sandiway / Knutsford / Tarporley /  Runcorn) any larger items will be delivered  7 working days from your date of order when we are in your area and you will be charged a £1 delivery fee.


You will also have the option to collect yourself free of charge (if you require this option then mention on check out and address will be provided).


For any smaller items (labels etc) or for anyone  not local to Northwich , then we will use Royal Mail to send your items and this cost will be added to your order on check out.


Delivery will be 5-10 working days from date of order.


Returns/Refunds

As all items are hand made to order and majority personalised, i'm afraid Made With Millie does not accept returns.


However we pride ourselves on the quality of our goods so if anything arrives damaged or below standard then please send a picture to sales@madewithmillie.co.uk where we will look into and come back to you with either a replacement or refund.
